Recently the Liberty workers were able to get the
lower court ruling overturned. But the case was sent back to the
same lower court judge that had originally ruled against it and
will go into court again in the Fall of 2004. We must use this
limited time to inform the public of this important case that
will impact our lives. More importantly, we must organize ourselves
to take a stand to hold companies that subcontract responsible
to the people who create the wealth.
