Recently the Liberty workers were able to get the lower court ruling overturned. But the case was sent back to the same lower court judge that had originally ruled against it and will go into court again in the Fall of 2004. We must use this limited time to inform the public of this important case that will impact our lives. More importantly, we must organize ourselves to take a stand to hold companies that subcontract responsible to the people who create the wealth.

You can help out by:

  • Putting up posters in your schools, workplace, organizations or religious institutions
  • Sign a pledge online, or print one out and fax/send it in. Get your friends, family, co-workers, groups or organizations to sign too.
  • Talk to your local retail store and ask them to sign a pledge as well.
  • Distribute posters, flyers, petitions and pledges to your friends, family and co-workers
  • Help us find Liberty Apparel clothing in your neighborhood
  • Boycott retailers that sell Liberty Apparel clothing or other sweatshop manufacturers like Odd & Even and Streetbeat
  • Form a local campaign support committee
  • Make a donation to the campaign to help cover the costs of educational materials
  • Share your ideas with us
